What is Ottawa Team Threads? Is it the same as the Sens Store?

Ottawa Team Threads is the new name for the Sens Store and The Official Team Store of the Ottawa Senators Hockey Club and many more Ottawa sports teams.

Where are you located?

We are located at the Canadian Tire Centre in Ottawa. For more information check out our Store Locations Page.

What are your Hours of operation?

Our store location(s) hours of operation can be found at our Store Locations Page.

Is your product selection the same online as in-store?

The majority of products we sell at the Ottawa Team Threads locations are also available online. However, stock availability and selection may vary from store to store. Our online inventory is separate from our store inventory and does not represent what is available in our Ottawa Team Threads locations.

How much does shipping cost within Canada?

We offer flat-rate shipping: $15 for Ontario/Quebec and $25 for the rest of Canada.

Do you ship to the United States?

As of February 25, 2026, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend all shipments from Canada to the United States.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes we do ship Internationally (with some country exemptions).

Please note: International shipments may incur customs duties and taxes based on your country's regulations. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are payable by you upon delivery. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most orders can take anywhere from 1-5 days from ship date (not order date) within Canada. International orders can vary widely based on location (contact us if you need an estimate)

Can I track my order once it has shipped?

Absolutely! All online orders will come with an email containing your tracking number once your order has been processed.

What should I do if my package is marked as "Delivered" but I haven't received it?

Once your package has been been picked up by a carrier it becomes their responsibility and they must be contacted (most carriers have a missing package section on their website which can provide with the steps you need to take (Canada Post Missing Package Page) If you have any issues or need more help; contact us via our CONTACT PAGE and let us know and we can walk you through the process of tracking it down and possibly submitting a missing package claim.

Will I have to pay customs fees or import duties?

In most cases, Yes. International orders (outside Canada) are subject to duties and taxes determined by the destination country. These are not included in your checkout total and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

How much will the customs fees be?

Fees vary by country and order value. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order to avoid surprises.

What happens if I refuse to pay the customs fees?

If a package is refused, it will be returned to us. We will refund the cost of the items minus the original shipping fees and any return shipping costs incurred.

How long does international shipping take?

International orders can vary widely based on location (contact us if you need an estimate)

How much does international shipping cost?

International shipping is currently a flat rate of $100 CAD. This rate is subject to change without notice.

Where can I pick up my online order in person?

Online orders can be picked up at the Ottawa Team Threads CTC location: 1000 Palladium Dr, Ottawa Ontario K2V 1A4, Canada. For hours and directions check out our Store Locations Page.

What do I need to bring with me to pick up my order?

Bring a copy of your order invoice (you should receive an email with your order details).

Can someone else pick up my order on my behalf?

If someone else will be picking for you please contact us and let us know the details and we will make a note on your order.

Can I pick up my order during a Senators home game?

Absolutely! Pickups can be made at the main Ottawa Team Threads location on the 100 level. Keep in mind; it can get busy during games 😉.

What is your standard return policy?

Our policy is a full return within 30 days if the product is accompanied by a receipt and is in its original condition (tags must be on, product unused, free of stains and odours). For more detailed info check out our Shipping Page.

Do you have an extended return policy for the holidays like Christmas?

Can I return an ONLINE purchase at the physical Sens Store?

Yes. Our policy is a full return within 30 days if the product is accompanied by a receipt and is in its original condition (tags must be on, product unused, free of stains and odours).

What is your return policy for items bought IN STORE?

Returns for in store purchases must be made in person to any of our Ottawa Team Threads locations (CTC Arena & Byward Market). Mail in returns are not accepted for in store purchases.

Which items are considered "Final Sale"?

Discounted items, sale items, signed memorabilia, game-worn jerseys, gift cards and customized jerseys are a final sale, returns and exchanges are not accepted on these items.

Flash sales, Cyber Monday, Black Friday, Fan Appreciation & Boxing Week sales are all final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. Stanley Cup playoff merchandise is final sale.

Can I cancel my order after it is placed.

Before completing your order, make sure to double-check your items and the total amount in your cart. Once your order is in our system and the fulfillment process has begun, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.

👕 Jersey Customization

How long does it take to get a jersey customized?

Typically up to 1–4 weeks, though this typically increases during the holiday season or playoffs. This does not include Shipping Time.

What is the difference between "Heat Press" and "Pro Stitch" customization?

Pro Stitch Names & Numbers are stitched and applied by the same professionals that work on the players jerseys using the same materials.

Heat Press Names & Numbers resemble what the players wear on the ice with a simulated stitching details. If applicable to the jersey, the number kits feature stacked tackle twill.

Can I bring in a jersey I already own to be customized?

We do accept customer owned jerseys for customization at a store level. We do not accept mail ins and can only customize our current home, away and alt jersey (Adidas or Fanatics)

Are customized jerseys eligible for return or exchange?

All customized jerseys purchased from us are a final sale.

💳 Gift Cards

Do you sell physical or digital gift cards?

We currently sell online digital gift cards usable only on Ottawateamthreads.ca. For physical Ottawa Team Threads location gift cards visit us at one of our store locations.

Can I use my Sens Store gift card for tickets to a game?

Ottawa Team Threads and Ottawateamthreads.ca gift cards can only be used to buy merchandise at Ottawa Team Threads locations and online.

Do your gift cards have an expiry date?

Nope. In Ontario, most retail gift cards cannot have expiry dates or fees, thanks to the Consumer Protection Act. Exceptions include cards for specific services (like a spa treatment), charitable cards, and prepaid credit cards (which have different federal rules).

Do Season Seat Members (SSM) get a discount online?

Yes. SSM members get discounts online. For more details contact your SSM representative.

Can I use a "Sens Bucks" gift card online?
