- Ontario & Quebec: 1–4 Business Days
- Rest of Canada: 3–7 Business Days
- International: Varies by destination — limited locations available

🌎International Duties & Taxes
International shipping fees, taxes, and duties vary by destination:
Duties & Taxes Paid at Checkout: For select international destinations, estimated customs duties, taxes, and fees are calculated and collected directly at checkout.
Duties & Taxes Due Upon Delivery: For all other locations, customers are responsible for any customs charges, duties, tariffs, or local handling fees imposed by local authorities. These fees are not included in your checkout total and are collected upon delivery.
Note: Even when duties and taxes are prepaid at checkout, customers remain responsible for any unforeseen local carrier surcharges or custom clearance processing fees required to complete delivery.
Refused Shipments
If an international shipment is refused due to unpaid fees or incorrect delivery details, the package will be returned to us. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and any return shipping costs or customs fees incurred by us will be deducted from your final refund.
🇺🇸 USA Shipments — Temporary Suspension
As of February 25, 2026, shipping to the United States is temporarily suspended while we re-evaluate our logistics in response to shifting international tariff regulations.
